Various Office Equipment And Supplies – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Stationery To All Departments And Services Of The University Of Barcelona And The Entities Of The Ub Group (Fbg, Fpc, Fil3, Fsub). Select 1 Company To Supply Stationery To All The Departments And Services Of The University Of Barcelona And The Entities Of The Ub Group That Have Expressed Their Express Willingness To Participate: Bosch And Gimpera Foundation (Fbg) Barcelona Science Park Foundation (Pcb) Il3 Continuing Training Institute Foundation (Il3) Solidarity Foundation (Fs) It Is Also Part Of The Object Of The Contract • Select Products (Setting The Maximum Prices). • Establish The Requirements And Conditions To Which Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of These Products Must Be Subject. The Approval Of The Selected Company Will Also Include That Of Its Catalog, Relating To The Products That Have To Do With The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement. The Maximum Unit Prices That Will Be Set Will Only Be In Reference To The Selected Products, Which Are The Main Products Most Frequently Used. Regarding The Rest Of The Products In The Catalog, No Maximum Unit Price Will Be Set, But Rather The Catalog Will Be Approved, Which Will Not Be Subject To Valuation. The University Of Barcelona Has The Following Framework Agreements And Dynamic Acquisition Systems For The Supply Of Paper, Computer And Audiovisual Equipment: • Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Paper For Printing And Writing To The Different Units Of The Ub And The Ub Group, • Framework Agreement For The Approval Of Suppliers Of Workplace Equipment And Associated Services, • Dynamic Acquisition System For Computer Equipment, • Framework Agreement For The Approval Of Suppliers Of Audiovisual Equipment. Therefore, These Types Of Supplies Are Excluded. Of The Object Of This Contract. Division Into Lots – Justification For Not Dividing This Framework Agreement And Approval Of A Single Supplier Into Lots. In Accordance With What Is Established In Article 99.3 Of Law 9/2017, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), The Non-Division Into Lots Is Justified For The Following Reasons: Uniformity Of The Object Of The Contract: The Supply Of Stationery Is Considered Homogeneous And Not Capable Of Being Divided Functionally Or Technically, Since All Products Are Part Of The Same Category And Have Similar Characteristics. Bidding On A Single Lot Does Not Imply A Restriction Of Competition Or A Limitation On The Participation Of Smes. Need For Coordination And Efficiency: Having Several Suppliers Attending To The Decentralization Of The University Of Barcelona In Different Organic Units, Research Projects... As Well As The Participation Of Several Entities Of The Ub Group Would Make Logistical Management, Quality Control And Traceability Of The Supply Of Stationery Difficult. The Presence Of A Single Interlocutor Ensures Efficient And Coherent Execution Of The Contract, Facilitating Coordination Between The Different Units Of The Organization.
