Accommodation Cleaning Services – L-Bank - Award Of A Service Contract For Maintenance Cleaning Work (Karlsruhe Location). The L-Bank Is The Development Institute Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. Its Business Activities Are Determined By The Legal Mandate To Support The Country In The Fulfillment Of Its Public Tasks, Particularly In The Areas Of Structural, Economic And Social Policy, And To Implement Support Measures In Accordance With The State Aid Regulations Of The European Union. The Subject Of The Present Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Service Contract For Cleaning Work At The L-Bank Location Haus 1,2,3 And Tpk In Karlsruhe (Schlossplatz 10,12,21 And Albert-Nestler-Str. 24, 26, 76131 Karlsruhe). The Scope Of Services Extends To The Maintenance Cleaning Of Single, Double, Triple And Open-Plan Offices, Sanitary Facilities (Toilets, Showers And Lounges), Circulation Areas (Corridors And Stairwells), Meeting Rooms And The Buildings Outdoor Areas With Winter Service. The Cleaning Area To Be Cleaned Currently Amounts To Approx. 44,320M² (Interior Areas) + 2,378M² (Exterior Areas). House 2 Is Expected To Undergo A Complete Technical And Architectural Renovation From Mid-2027. Therefore, From The Start Of The Renovation, Alternative Areas Will Be Added In The Karlsruhe Area (Presumably Albert-Nestler-Straße, 76131 Karlsruhe) And The Areas In House 2 Will Be Eliminated. The Alternative Areas Are Therefore Also The Subject Of This Tender. Due To The Changed Conditions Regarding Employee Presence On Site Or In The Home Office, L-Bank Is Also Aiming To Design A Modern Working Environment (E.G. With Desk Sharing Options) In This Renovation Project. These Aspects Must Be Taken Into Account As Part Of The Future Service Provision By The Future Contractor. In Particular, The Future Contractor Is Expected To Have An Innovative Concept For Flexible Handling Of The Areas To Be Cleaned, Which Responds Flexibly To Possible Changes In Usage Frequency And Cleaning Requirements And Takes Modern Office Space Usage Into Account. In This Context, L-Bank Attaches Great Importance To A Conceptual Approach That Provides A Needs-Oriented And Customer-Centered Service With An Appropriate Communication Tool And Ongoing Quality Optimization. The Performance Should Therefore Clearly Differ From Rigid Cleaning Cycles For Specified Room Books. When Providing The Service, Very High Safety Requirements For The Premises Must Also Be Taken Into Account. This Must Be Reflected In Particular In Personnel Deployment Planning With The Highest Possible Proportion Of Permanent Staff. The Following Cleaning Agents Should Always Be Avoided: - Cistern Additives, Toilet/Cistern Hangers, Toilet Stones, Scented/Cleaning Stones For Urinals; - Air Freshener/Fragrance Dispenser For Toilets And Washrooms; - Chemical Drain Cleaners; - Use Of Disinfectants Or Disinfectant Cleaners, Unless They Are Hygienic
