Engineering Works And Construction Works – Construction And Maintenance Of Control Points For The Control System In The Electronic Toll Collection System Of The National Tax Administration (Spoe Kas) – Part 3. 2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: 2.1.1 As Part Of The Basic Order: 2.1.1.1 Construction Of 6 Control Points In The Locations Indicated In Annex No. 5 To The Agreement, Together With The Delivery Of The Software And Its Installation On The Control Points (According To The Choice Made By The Contractor In The Offer) From Among: 2.1.1.1.1 Using The Equipment Provided By The Ordering Party Dismantled From Other Control Points Referred To In Points I.48-I.53 Of Part A Of The Opz And Supplementing It With New Equipment Necessary To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz Or 2.1.1.1.2 With The Delivery Of Completely New Equipment Necessary To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz; 2.1.1.2 Ensuring Communication At The Control Points Referred To In Point 2.1.1.1. 2.1.1.3 Providing The Service Of Maintaining Control Points Referred To In Point 2.1.1.1. 2.1.2 Under The Option Right: 2.1.2.1 Construction Of No More Than 20 Control Points Along With The Delivery Of The Software And Its Installation On The Control Points According To One Of The Following Solutions (According To The Choice Made By The Contractor In The Offer) From Among: 2.1.2.1.1 Using The Equipment Provided By The Ordering Party Dismantled From Other Control Points, Referred To In Point I.48-I.53 Of Part A Of The Opz And Unused Under The Basic Order Referred To In Section 1, And Supplementing It With New Equipment Necessary To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz, Or 2.1.2.1.2 With The Delivery Of Completely New Equipment Necessary To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz; Whereas The Solution Referred To In Point 2.1.2.1.1. Can Only Be Selected If The Same Solution Is Selected In The Basic Contract (I.E., Point 2.1.1.1.1 In Connection With Point 2.1.1.1). 2.1.2.2 Ensuring Communication At The Control Points Referred To In Point 2.1.1.1. 2.1.2.3 Providing The Service Of Maintaining The Control Points Referred To In Point 2.1.1.1; 2.1.2.4 Carrying Out Work Involving The Relocation Of The Control Point Or The Reconstruction Of The Control Point Or The Reconstruction Of The Control Point If There Is A Need To Take Such Actions.
