Tender For Repair And Maintenance To Central Ac Plant In Certain Storage Accn At Ins Rajali Arakkonam; 2 Material & Labour for leak test and gas charging by vacuumising complete system of Central type AC plant of followingcapacity with double stage vaccum pump of (-) 2 Kg/sqcm vaccum pressure after repairs to compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, Charging the Dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing/welding/ replacing the "O" ring & Gland packing of service valve including Top up the compressor oil and charging the refrigerant gas upto desired pressure all as specified , instructed & directed. Note :- i) Once the Gas is charged in the system, it should hold in the system for minimum six months. If any gas get leaked from the system, the contractor has to charge the gas upto required levelfree of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed.ii) Compressor oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.iii) Labour charge for replacement of compressor oil and refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.iv) leakage test on each compressor of complete unit shall be considered as one job. 3 Leak test and gas charging of Central AC Plant Screw Compressor unit of capacity 110 TR 4 Leak test and gas charging of Central AC Plant Scroll Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR 5 Material & Labour for Descaling the Condenser unit of Central typeAC plant of followingcapacity full system by circulating descaling chemical with water (made ph value of circulating water shall be 01) through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually clean the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale gets removed and flush out with fresh water.Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower,make up water tank etc as required including commissioning in all respect complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Descaling to be carried out twice in the entire contract period and Each job will be measured and paid separately.(ii) During descaling any damage to copper coil which leads to leakage of gas, contractor shall be resposible to rectify the damage and gas to be filled after leak test without any extra cost(iii) Full system include total Number of condensers in the mentioned capacity AC Plant(iv) Pressure difference between inlet and outlet of condenser unit shall be reduced to prefered level given by manufacturer after descaling. 6 Descaling the condenser units of Central AC plant of capacity 110 TR full system 7 Descaling the condenser units of Central AC plant of capacity 38 TR full system 8 Descaling the condenser units of Central AC plant of capacity 25 TR full system 9 Material & Labour for Descaling the chiller units of Central typeAC plant of following capacity full system by circulating descaling chemical with water (made ph value of circulating water shall be 01) through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hourscomplete all as directed. Supply, fabricate MS frame of same type and size as per existing specification including welding and fixing, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint,connecting inlet & Outlet, electrical connections of pump etc for smooth functioning including brickwork for foundation if required. 52 Taking down the unserviceable motor and dismantling includingtaking out damaged/burnt out winding from motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing assembling and installing back into position for making motor fully functional including Transporting and Testing by running complete for the following capacities 53 Rewinding of motor of capacity 3 to 5 HP 54 Rewinding of motor of capacity 7.5 HP 55 Rewinding of motor of capacity 10 HP 56 Rewinding of motor of capacity 15 HP 57 Supply & Replace the MS lov - joy (Male & Female) coupling of size up to 150 mm complete with star rubber disc as per sample for condenser recirculating pump & chilled water pump 58 Supply & Replace the star nylon disc for lov - joy of size up to 150 mm as per sample for condenser recirculating pump & chilled water pump 59 Supply & Replace the Rubber lov - joy (Male & Female) coupling of below mentioned size required at site for condenser water pump & chilled water pump including removal of old MS / Rubber Lov -Joy coupling and grinding work for matching with existing size. 60 Rubber Lov-Joy coupling of size 150 mm 61 Rubber Lov-Joy coupling of size 110 mm 62 Rubber Lov-Joy coupling of size 100 mm 63 M&L for servicing and cleaning of water strainer/ NRV of size up to 150 mm with chemical for removing all dust particles, scales and unwanted materials all as directed. 64 Supply and fix Expansion valve suitable for following capacity central AC plant including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed 65 Expansion valve of Central AC Plant of Screw Compressor unit of capacity 110 TR 66 Expansion valve of Central AC Plant of Scroll Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR 67 S&F Filter Drier/Strainer suitable for Central AC for the following capacity including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed. 68 Filter Drier/Strainer of Central AC Plant of Screw Compressor unit of capacity 110 TR 69 Filter Drier/Strainer of Central AC Plant of Scroll Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR 70 Supply only Compressor oil (grade as per manufacturer recommendation) 71 Supply onlyRefrigerant gas as following 72 Supply only Refrigerant gas R-134 A 73 Supply only Refrigerant gas R-407 C 74 Note for item No. 22 and 23:-Labour charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of relevant repair items 75 Material and labour for taking down the burntout / defective Scroll type compressor from 12.5 TRunit and replace with factory made compressor, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Leak test , Vacuuming&Refrigerant gas shall be measured separately under relavant items.(ii) compressor under one year warranty is contractor"s responsibility 76 Material & Labour for Servicing and cleaning of following Air Handling Units ( AHU"s )incl humidification pumps of central type A/ C including taking down and cleaning of air filters by caustic soda and flushing with water and refixing in original position and cleaning of fire dampers , blowers , spray nozzles , condensate water tray including greasing of blower bearing / blower motor , tightening belt, all bolts, nuts and testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed.
