Tenders are invited for Al Dibdibah Power and Al Shagaya Renewable Energy - Phase III - Zone 2 Solar PV IPP. Price: 7000/-. Documents may be obtained from Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects - KAPP, Touristic Enterprises Company Building, 2nd Floor, Shuwaikh Administrative Area, Al Jahra Street, Kuwait. Important Instructions and Conditions: 1- This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project to develop a 500 MW renewable power plant. 2- The investment period is 30 years from the Project Commercial Operation Date. 3- Participation is limited to the qualified consortia and companies listed in the official gazette issue No. 1760. 4- A confidentiality agreement must be signed before receiving the RFP documents. 5- Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes: "Envelope 1" for the technical proposal and "Envelope 2" for the financial proposal.
