The Wcb Is Looking For A Qualified Contractor To Renovate The Central Main Floor Space To Provide Office Space For Two Separate Teams. A Tech Bar And Kitchen Area, Plus A Meeting Space. These Spaces Will Include Workstations, Specialized Work Benches, Storage And Amenity Spaces. The Space Is Currently Demolished With Most Asbestos Removed, With The Exception Of The Area Around The Windows, 1 Wall As Identified And The Mechanical Ducting. Flooring And Ceilings Have Been Removed. Lighting Removal And Upgraded Along The Perimeter Heating Is Within Scope And Required. This Project Will Include Building Out The Space To Be Ready For Furniture Installation By Others. The Specifications And Requirements For This Project Are Outlined In This Document And Included Within The Specifications Attached.
