Procurement Plan for Cleaning, General Maintenance, and CCTV Inspection of the Rainwater Network for Expressways, with Emergency Rainwater Works in the State of Kuwait. Detailed Objectives: This project includes works for cleaning the rainwater sewer network for expressways, as well as CCTV inspection of the inside of this networks pipes and other components, to identify any defects and damages with the aim of replacing the damaged parts to extend their operational life, and to prevent water leakage from and into the network. Water leakage has negative effects that lead to the subsidence of asphalt on roads adjacent to the path of the damaged parts of the rainwater sewer network of the expressway network in the State of Kuwait. The project works also include emergency rainwater works that cannot be delayed or postponed. Scope of Work: This maintenance aims to prevent the escalation of damages and future repair costs, thereby extending the networks operational life and ensuring it remains serviceable for as long as possible while guaranteeing the safety of road users.
