This Order Includes The Following Activities: Post-Warranty Service And Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics, Current And Major Repairs, Including Delivery And Replacement Of Auto Parts, Details, Materials And Consumables For Agricultural Machinery, Transport Equipment.; Machines For Carrying Out Excavation And Bulk Works, Construction Machines And Equipment, Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications By Items To The Documentation For Participation. The Performance Of Technical Maintenance And Repair Of Agricultural Machinery, Managed By Tp Dgs Alabak Includes Service In Full Volume And Periodicity, According To The Instructions Of The Manufacturer Of The Relevant Brand Of Agricultural Machinery - Repairs, Diagnostics, Etc. The Types Of Motor Vehicles Specified In The Technical Specifications By Items To The Participation Documentation May Change During The Term Of The Contract As A Result Of Scrapping, Purchase Of New Agricultural Machinery, Etc. In The Event That This Happens And Tp Dgs Alabak Acquires And Starts Operating New Vehicles During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Post-Warranty Service And Technical Maintenance, Prevention, Diagnostics, Current And Major Repairs, Including Delivery And Replacement Of Auto Parts, Details, Materials And Consumables For The Newly Acquired Agricultural Machinery. The Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Used In The Repair Work Must Correspond To The Relevant Agricultural Machine And Must Be Original, New, Unused And Not Recycled. They Must Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Origin And Quality, As Well As Be Accompanied By A Guarantee Of No Less Than 12 Months In Operation Mode. The Deadline For Delivery Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Is No Later Than 48 Hours From The Day Of The Request By The Contracting Authority. If It Is Necessary To Supply Spare Parts Requested By The Contracting Authority, Which Are Not Available In The Warehouse, The Delivery Period Is No Later Than 5 Working Days From The Submission Of The Request.
