The Market Is A Services Market, Treated At Mixed Prices: • It Is At Fixed Prices For The Following Services: - Development Of A Socio-Demographic Portrait At The Scale Of Each Of The 8 Municipalities In The Territory, Accompanied By A Note Of Issues Per City; - Development Of A Socio-Demographic Portrait At The Intermunicipal Level, Accompanied By A Note Of Issues; - Development Of Proposals In The Form Of An Intercommunal Action Plan; - Creation Of Abs Reports (Written And Mapped); - Animation Of Bodies, Partnership Animation (Exchanges And Follow-Up Meetings With Municipalities And Partners), Presentation Of Reports To The Boards Of Directors Of The Ccas; - Consultation Of Stakeholders And The Public To Identify Needs As Close As Possible To Users. • There Are Purchase Orders For Services Corresponding To: - Proposal Of Municipal Action Plans (At The Request Of Each City) - Carrying Out Missions Complementary To The Unit (Thematic Studies, Meetings, Running Workshops, Etc.), Which Will Notably Make It Possible To Explore Certain Themes In Greater Depth, Respond To Emerging Needs Or Even Implement Or Strengthen A Partnership Approach Or The Involvement Of Stakeholders. These Services Are Processed On The Basis Of Unit And Fixed Prices Detailed In The Price Schedule, In Application Of Articles R.2162-2 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of €145,000 Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract. The Contract Is Not Awarded Within The Meaning Of Articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11, R.2113-2 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because The Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services.
