Electric Accumulators – Task No. 4 - Construction Of An Electric Energy Storage Facility In The Rco Area With A Capacity Of 800 Kwh And A Power Of 400 Kw. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Construction Of Electricity Storage Facilities At The Regional Waste Recovery Center In Krosno With A Capacity Of 800 Kwh And A Power Of 400 Kw. The Planned Project Will Be Used To Store Electricity, Which Will Be Used For The Purposes Of Balancing Electricity In The Enterprise And In The Krosno Energy Cluster 2. The Ordering Party Has A Functional And Utility Program For The Installation That Is The Subject Of The Order. It Is An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex No. 7 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Mpgk Krosno Sp. Z O. O. Has A License To Produce Electricity And Has Electricity Generating Units. 4. All Descriptions, Proper Names Of Materials, Manufacturers Names Or Standards Used In The Opz - Pfu Should Not Be Treated As Imposed Or Suggested By The Ordering Party, They Should Be Understood As Definitions Of Standards. When Executing The Order, With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, It Is Allowed To Use Another Equivalent Material, Device Or Standard (Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Tender Documentation). 5. The Implementation Of This Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility And The Work Performed May Not Impede The Current Operation Of The Plant. 6. The Ordering Party Will Enable The Contractors, Before Submitting Their Offers, To Inspect The Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Before Carrying Out An On-Site Visit, The Contractor Should Contact The Employers Representative In The Swz In Writing
