The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded Here Is The General Planning Services For The Clearing Of The Construction Site (Including Treatment Of Contaminated Sites) And The Construction Of The Bus Depot. The General Planning Services Include: - Object Planning Buildings And Interiors - Structural Planning - Technical Equipment - Fire Protection - Building Physics - Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing - Building Physics - Sound Insulation - Traffic Systems - Outdoor Facilities - Surveying - Geotechnics - Sigeko - Planning Area For Contaminated Sites And Soil Contamination The Planning Services Include The Lph. 1 (Basic Investigation) To Lph. 8 (Object Monitoring). The Services Include Basic And Special Services. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. Service Level 1 (Clearing Of Construction Site) And Service Level 2 (Planning Of New Building) Are Commissioned Together, Service Levels 3 (Execution Preparation Of New Building) And 4 (Execution Of New Building) Can Be Requested By The Client.
