Construction Work – Works Contract For The 1St Phase Of The Comprehensive Renovation Of The Núñez De Balboa Nursing Home. The Núñez De Balboa Senior Residence, In Albacete Capital, Occupies A Building Built In The 70S That Needs To Be Remodeled To Maintain The Functionalities That Current Times Demand, In Accordance With Current Regulations, Specifically, Decree 2/2022, Of January 18, Which Establishes The Basic Conditions Of Specialized Care Social Service Centers, Intended For Older People In Castilla-La Mancha. It Is A Large Residence With 201 Authorized Beds That Requires Space Adaptations, Of Which Are Related To The Works To Be Undertaken In The First Phase Of The Comprehensive Renovation That Constitute The Object Of This Contract, The Construction Of A New Ground Floor That Will Be Used For Facilities, Changing Rooms And Storage, Allowing Spaces To Be Freed Up For Other Care Needs. Likewise, The Improvement In Stairs And Elevators, And The New Space Distributions That Are Planned To Be Carried Out On All Floors, Will Allow A Better Adaptation Of The Residence To The Requirements Of Annex Ii.A. Of The Aforementioned Decree, On General Material And Architectural Conditions Of The Centers, Both In Relation To The Conditions Common To All Centers, As Well As Those Specific To Residences.
