We Are Looking For A Supplier Who Wants To Support Us In Managing And Migrating Our Current It Environment To Azure. We Would Like To Contract A Supplier Whose Services Match Our Culture, Size And Way Of Working. This Means Short Lines, Pragmatic Solutions And Quick Communication To Solve Questions And/Or Problems. We Currently Have Approximately 120 Regular Users Who Actively Use The Ict Environment. The Majority Of This User Uses Standard Office Automation (Microsoft 365), Access To Business Applications And Shared Data Storage. The Current On-Premise Server Infrastructure Is Outdated And Will Have To Be Replaced By A Future-Proof And Secure Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Select An Experienced And Certified Ict Partner That Suits Us. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of Four Years. We Then Have The Option To Renew The Agreement Under The Same Conditions Up To Three Times For A Period Of 24 Months. The Agreement Has A Total Estimated Value Of €500,000 Excluding Vat, Calculated Over The Entire Term Including The Maximum Number Of Possible Extensions. This Estimate Serves As An Indication Of The Size And No Rights Can Be Derived From It.
