Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation/Conversion of Abandoned Framed Structure to Class Rooms and Offices Building Collection of Tender Documents Interested Companies are to Collect the Tender Documents from the Office of the Head of Procurement, (Procurement Office) the Federal University of Medicals and Health Science Kwale, Delta State from Wednesday 5th November to Wednesday 10th December, 2025 on Evidence of a Non-Refundable Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00) only through the Remita Platform, the Working Hour is 8:00am to 4:00pm on Weekdays, excluding weekends.a Copy of Payment Receipt must Also be Attached to Financial Documents. 5.0 Submission of Tender Documents Prospective Bidders are to Submit Bid for each of the Lot Desired, Two (2) Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids, Packaged Separately in Sealed Envelopes and Clearly Marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Thereafter, Put the Two Sealed Envelopes Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Head of Procurement, Federal University of Medical and Health Science Kwale, Delta State and Clearly Marked with (the Name of the Project and the Lot Number). Furthermore, the Reverse Side of the Envelope should be Clearly Marked with the Name and Address of the Bidder and Dropped in the Designated Tender Box at the Office of the Head of Procurement, Federal University of Medical and Health Science, Delta State not Later than 12:00noon on Wednesday 10th December, 2025.
