This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of A Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of An Aviation Insurance Contract For 8 (Eight) Aircraft - A 109S Trekker Helicopters. The Helicopters Are The Property Of The Bulgarian State, Represented By The Minister Of Health, And Are Provided For Temporary And Free Use To Bulgaria Heli Med Service Ead, Without A Crew, On A Dry Lease, To Perform A Service Of General Economic Interest - Flights To Provide Air Transport By Helicopters For The Needs Of Emergency Medical Assistance Organized By The State. A Detailed Description Of The Aircraft Is Contained In The Technical Specification. It Is Planned To Insure 8 (Eight) Aircraft For The Following Risks: - Casco Insurance All Risks - Loss Or Damage To The Aircraft (Aircraft); - Casco Insurance - Military Risks; - Liability To Third Parties And To Passengers Arising From The Use Of The Helicopter; ​​​​​​​The Detailed Description Of The Requirements For Insurance Services Is Contained In The Technical Specification.
