The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Food For Home Social Patronage, Gabrovo. User Capacity - 350 People. The Number Of Users Of Domestic Social Patronage (Dsp) Is Indicative And Is Specified In A Preliminary Request. The Food Should Be Prepared Daily On Working Days And Delivered Loosely To The Employer. The Employer Has Sefertasi With Which, At The Discretion Of The Contractor, The Prepared Food Can Be Delivered. In Case Of Non-Use Of The Available Equipment, The Contractor Delivers The Spilled Food In Single-Use Containers That Meet The Requirements Of Bulgarian And European Legislation Regarding Single-Use Or Biodegradable Plastic Containers. It Is Delivered According To The Location Of The Object: Institutions For Social Services (Zsu), Gabrovo, 13 Ivaylo Street, In The Interval From 7:30 A.M. To 8:00 A.M. Food Includes 5 Lunches (Soup, Main Course, Dessert And Bread) Per Week And Dry/Packaged Food For Saturday Which Is Delivered With Fridays And Also Has An Expiry Date. Bread Is Not A Mandatory Part Of The Lunch, Its Number Is Specified Daily When Submitting The Number Of Portions And The Type Of Package. The Food Is Provided In Two Types Of Packages Depending On The Contract Concluded With The Consumers /Two- Or Three-Course Menu/. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing And Is Valid For 18 Months. The Full Scope Of Activities Is According To The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
