per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant for 1st year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 60 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 200 & 300 KLD installed at INS Chilka training area adjacent to each other for two shifts of 8 hours each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant for 1st year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 61 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 900 KLD installed at INS Chilka domestic area for two shifts of 8 hours each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant for 2nd year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 62 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 200 & 300 KLD installed at INS Chilka training area adjacent to each other for two shifts of 8 hours each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant during 2nd year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 63 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 900 KLD installed at INS Chilka domestic area for two shifts of 8 hours each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant for 3rd year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 64 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 200 & 300 KLD installed at INS Chilka training area adjacent to each other for two shifts of 8 hours each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experienced operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hours and including all consumable material required for operation of the plant for 3rd year after completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 65 Schedule "A" Part - XIII (Comprehensive MaintenanceThis schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.Note : Comprehensive mainteance include:(a) Repair/replacement of FAB media SBR/MBBR or any technology.(b) Repair/replacment of aur blower oil.(c) Repair/replacement of drives and other accessoriesof SCADA system for controlling operation of various motors.(d) Calibration of SCADA system including updation of softwares including replacement of necessary spares, checking relay contracts, replacement of relays, MCBs as per existing make and size, checking of alarm system to make it functional properly.(e) Repair/replacement of wornout/ unserviceable "V" belt for power transmission of air blowers.(f) Repair/replacement of defective MNX9 contactor AC3 rating 9 amps AC1 any rating with 1 NO + 1NC auxillary contracts.(g) Removing the old filtermedia and cleaning of internal walls of Dual media pressure filters at STP. 66 (h) Repair/replacement of any Pumps and other machineryused in STP and repair/replacement of U/S NP2 pipes or CI/DI pipes.(j) M&L for collecting the samples from raw sewage sump and treater water sump monthly from STP i.e. before and after treatment, sample handling, transporting to NABL approved accredited laboratory to carry SCADA system and all consumable materials/chemicals(such as sodium hypochlorite and other chemicals as required, oil, greese required for operation of the plant during 1st year after date of completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 69 Comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plantof capacity 200 KLD installed at INS Chilka training area including SCADA system and all consumable materials/chemicals(such as sodium hypochlorite and other chemicals as required, oil, greese required for operation of the plant during 1st year after date of completion of defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. 70 Comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plantof capacity 900 KLD installed at INS Chilka domestic area including
