The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Entrance Hall, Including The Replacement Of Doors And The Adaptation Of The Area To The Needs Of The Patient Zone. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Main Entrance Hall Of The Hospital Building. The Aim Of The Planned Works Is To Improve The Functionality, Aesthetics And Safety Of Space Use, Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Limited Mobility And Compliance With Applicable Technical, Construction And Fire Safety Regulations. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Hall, Including The Liquidation Of The Existing Buffet. In Place Of The Current Catering Point, It Is Planned To Build A Self-Service Cloakroom For Customers And Visitors To The Hospital. 2) Adaptation Of The Part Separated Behind The Existing Fence Into A Modern Reception, Serving As An Information And Patient Service Point. 3) Adapting The Space To The Needs Of People With Disabilities By Installing A Lift For People With Mobility Disabilities At The Internal Stairs Leading To Further Parts Of The Facility. 4) Modernization Of The Main Entrance, Including The Construction Of New Sliding Doors With The So-Called Air Catcher, Ensuring Thermal Comfort And Reducing Energy Losses. 5) Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works Necessary To Meet The Requirements Of The Fire Safety Assessment, Including The Installation Of Appropriate Doors With The Required Fire Resistance, As Well As Elements Of The Fire Protection System (Ppoż), Dso And Telecommunications Installations. 6) Modernization Of Heating And Electrical Installations, Adapting Them To Current Technical Standards And Ensuring Energy-Efficient Operation. 7) Renovation Of Floor Surfaces, Walls And Permanent Decor Elements, Including Structural Columns, Reception Desks And Architectural Details, While Maintaining Aesthetic Coherence And The Character Of The Space. 8) Installation Of Modern Visualization Elements And Information Systems For Patients, Including Information Boards, Directional Signage And Visual Communication Systems. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation - An Executive Design Prepared By The 4Idea Company Based In Kielce. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Task Based On The Above Design, While Maintaining Due Diligence, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Provisions Of Construction Law. The Modernization Will Result In A Modern, Functional And Aesthetic Entrance Hall, Ensuring Comfort And Safety For Both Patients And Hospital Employees.
