Construction Work For Airfields, Runways And Manoeuvring Surfaces – Design Services (Dtac, Pte), Including Technical Assistance And Execution Works For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Rehabilitation And Modernization Works Of Pda 1 At Aihcb, Including The Connections To The Taxiways, The Related Installations, The Development Of The Runway Safety Area And The Realization Of The Optimal Quick Clearance Solution. The Object Of This Procedure Is: - Development Of The Design Documentation (Dtac, Pte), Including Technical Assistance Of The Designer During The Execution And The Warranty Period Of The Works. The Design Documentation Will Be Prepared In Accordance With Hg No. 907/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions And Will Comply With The Recommendations From The Feasibility Study And The Specifications. - The Execution Of The Works To Achieve The Investment Objective Rehabilitation And Modernization Works Of Pda 1 At Aihcb, Including The Connections To The Taxiways, The Related Installations, The Development Of The Safety Zone Of The Runway And The Realization Of The Optimal Solution For Rapid Clearance. To Reduce The Execution Time Of The Works, C.N. Ab S.A. May Request That The Execution Of Certain Categories Of Works Take Place Within 24 Hours, Without The Contractor Being Able To Request Additional Costs, These Being Considered Included In The Offer. Duration In Months: Minimum 85 Months, Of Which: - Deadline For Elaboration And Handing Over Of The Technical Execution Project: Maximum 9 Months From The Date Notified By The Beneficiary/Supervisor Regarding The Start Of The Design Activity - Deadline For Works Execution: Maximum 16 Months From The Date Of Issuance Of The Start Order - Minimum Guarantee Granted For The Works: 60 Months Estimated Total Value: 529,734,227.65 Lei, Excluding Vat, Of Which: A. Services Design (Dtac, Pte) And Technical Assistance During The Execution And Guarantee Period Of The Works: 17,740,217.44 Lei, Without Vat; B. Execution Of Works, Including Site Organization, Samples And Tests: 511,994,010.21 Lei, Without Vat. Various And Unforeseen Expenses Can Be Added To The Total Value Of The Works In A Percentage Of 20% Of The Offered Value. This Percentage Is Not Subject To The Offer.
