Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties, Owners Of Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes From The Pęczeniew Commune And From Pszok In Pęczeniew. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Includes In Particular: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes In The Pęczeniew Commune; 2) Equipping Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Pęczew Commune With Containers And Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Pęczeniew Commune, Without An Additional Fee For The Duration Of The Contract (A Mixed Container-Bag System Will Apply, I.E. A Container For Mixed Waste, Bags For Separately Collected Waste). The Contractor Will Deliver Containers And Bags Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Inhabitants Or The Number Of Properties On Which Summer Houses Are Located And Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, If They Occur During The Term Of The Contract, Within 3 Days From The Date Of Notification; 3) Collection And Management Of Bio-Waste From Property Owners Who Do Not Have Composters; 4) Collection And Management Of Waste From The Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Pęczewo And From The Family Allotment Garden; 5) Equipping The Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Pęczewo And The Family Allotment Garden With Containers; 6) Collection And Disposal Of Portable Batteries And Accumulators And Expired Medicines; 7) Equipping Points With Containers Where Batteries And Accumulators Will Be Collected (2 Points) And Expired Medicines (1 Point); 8) Collection And Disposal Of Plastics And Glass From 2 Stationary Points In The Commune; 9) Development And Delivery Of A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule To The Ordering Party And Property Owners; 10) Keeping Records And Documentation Related To The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste.
