Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Expansion Of The Eickhorst Special School - Property Planning Building. The School In Hille-Eickhorst Is A Special School In The Minden-Lübbecke District For Students With A Focus On Language At Secondary Level I. The Intention Is To Expand The School Building, Which Was Massively Built In The 1990S, In Order To Meet The Increasing Need For Inclusive And Support-Oriented Teaching. The Expansion Will Create Additional Classrooms, Specialized Learning Areas And Barrier-Free Facilities To Ensure An Optimal Learning Environment For All Students. In Recent Years, The Number Of Students At The Eickhorst Special School Has Risen Continuously. The Current Facilities Are No Longer Sufficient To Meet The Needs Of All Students. There Is A Particular Need To Offer All-Day Care. The Aim Is To Create More Space And Better Infrastructure For Students, Increased Capacity For Inclusive Teaching And Improved Learning And Support Conditions. The Aim Is To Achieve A Long-Term Strengthening Of School Quality And Inclusive Educational Offerings. A Feasibility Study Was Carried Out For The Expansion Of The Special School. The Implementation Of The Measure Does Not Have To Be Carried Out Strictly According To The Feasibility Study, As This Only Serves As A Basis. In The First Phases Of Work, New Designs Should Be Created By The Architecture, Which Is Expressly Desired. The Expected Construction Costs (Kg 300+400) Are Currently Estimated At Around 3.4 Million Euros Gross. In This Process, The Planning Service For Object Planning – Buildings Is Put Out To Tender.
