Railway And Tramway Locomotives And Rolling Stock And Associated Parts – Procurement Of Silent Blocks And Rubber Bushings For Mfav Vehicles. Purchase Of Silent Blocks And Rubber Bushings For Mfav Vehicles, As Part Of A General Sales Contract. Total Quantity (Planned): 1,922 Pieces / 24 Months The Description Of The Products To Be Purchased Is Included In The Price Table. In Order To Facilitate The Submission Of Tenders, The Tenderer Publishes The Available Technical Drawings As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Quantities Specified In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Parts Must Be Delivered Based On The Specified Type And Factory Identifiers/Drawing Numbers. The Bidder Must State The Manufacturer And Manufacturer Identification Number Of The Product He Is Offering In The Price Table. The Order Of Proof Required By The Tenderer For The Delivery Of Each Item Is Contained In The Draft Contract That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) According To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, According To Which The Identifiers In The Price Table Were Provided Only In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Way, The Tenderer Accepts An Offer Equivalent To Them. It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Verify Equivalence, And In Case Of Doubt, Prove It. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. In Its Offer, The Offeror Must Declare, Duly Signed, That: • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Requester And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • The Delivery Deadline, Which Cannot Exceed 210 Working Days; • Deliver The Components In Protective Packaging Against Dust, Water And Other Contamination, According To The Requirements Of The Draft Contract; • Ensures The Delivery Of The Parts, For Which He Does Not Charge A Separate Fee; • Acknowledges That In Case Of Winning, He Is Obliged To Supply The Delivered Goods With An Artificial Certificate, According To The Provisions Of The Draft Contract; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In Case Of Winning, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority Is The Date Of Dispatch Of The Order To This E-Mail Address, And The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Received At The E-Mail Address Specified By Him On The Day Of Dispatch By The Contracting Authority; • To The Offer
