Building Construction Work – Forum Uzh, Bkp 212-01 Concrete Elements Facade, Work Group 5B. The Approximately 22,500 M² Wässerwies Area Is Located At Rämistrasse 80. With The Forum Uzh, A New Education And Research Center Will Be Created. Both Usable Space For The Projected Growth Of The University And Castling Space For Future Development In The Center Will Be Created. The New Building Consists Of 11 Full Floors (Ug03 To Og07) With Technology Centers, 5 Lecture Halls (2,100 Seats), 39 Seminar Rooms, 822 Workstations, Library, Cafeteria, Cafeterias And 3 Double Or Single Gymnasiums. The Forum Uzh Property On Plot Number Fl2456 Is Located In Zurich At Rämistrasse 80, 8001 Zurich. The Building Perimeter Is Limited By Rämistrasse And Gloriastrasse As Well As Freie And Schönleinstrasse. The Project Should Be A Lighthouse Project In Terms Of Sustainability And Should Also Have High Quality Beyond Labels And Standards. To Ensure The Implementation Of Holistic Sustainable Goals, Certification According To Dgnb/Sgni At Gold And Minergie-P Levels Is Sought. The Tender Is Carried Out In Trade/Work Combinations. Work Group 5B Consists Of The Delivery And Assembly Of Prefabricated Concrete Parts For Installation In The Facade Of The Building. These Include, Among Others: * Vertical Shading Elements (Brisesoleils) * Horizontal Plate Elements As Balcony Elements Running Around Each Floor (Balcony Slabs) * Console Elements As Floor-By-Floor Supports For The Balcony Slabs (Consoles) * Vertical Wall Elements As Building Bases Along Rämistrasse On The Ground Floor (Concrete Slabs) The Brisesoleils Consist Of One- And Two-Story Concrete Elements Made Of High-Strength Concrete. They Have Component Thicknesses Of 7 To 9 Cm And Are Reinforced With Carbon Reinforcement Mats, Or 12.5 To 17.5 Cm Thick And Reinforced With Stainless Steel Rod Reinforcement. The Usual Elements Consist Of Classic Concrete, Possibly High-Strength White Cement With Conventional Bar Reinforcement. Work Group 5B Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Steel Components For Fastening The Cantilevered Facade Elements To The Internal Supporting Structure As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of All Fasteners And Accessories (Sleeves, Bolt Anchors, Anchor Channels, Empty Pipes, Inlets And The Like) For Connecting The Elements To One Another And For Connecting Future Secondary Components. The Elements Will Be Installed After Completion Of The Shell (Work Groups 2 And 4) And Parallel To The Assembly Of The Facade, Work Group 5A (Post-Transom With Glazing) From Q3 2028 With Planned Completion In Q1 2030.
