Building Cleaning Services – Cleaning Services Including Cleaning V. Clean And Dry Rooms. The Fraunhofer Society For The Promotion Of Applied Research E.V. (Fhg) Is Planning To Set Up The Fraunhofer Battery Cell Research Manufacturing Facility (Ffb) In A Multi-Stage Project By 2029, In Which Novel Battery Cell Concepts And Processes Will Be Combined And Researched With Digitalized, Flexible And Modular Manufacturing Methods. The Aim Of Fraunhofer Ffb Is To Reduce The Development Effort For The Highly Scaled Production Of The Latest Battery Cells. In This Way, It Is Intended To Significantly Reduce The Risk Faced By Industrial Partners When Transferring Novel Cell Concepts And Production Technologies Into Large-Scale Production And To Significantly Reduce The Entry Hurdles For New Manufacturers. The Facility Is Also Intended To Help Ensure The Qualifications Of Skilled Personnel For Battery Cell Production In The Medium And Long Term. The Fhg Is Commissioned By The Federal Ministry Of Research, Technology And Space (Bmftr) With The Planning And Implementation Of The Fraunhofer Ffb As Part Of The Battery Cell Research Manufacturing Project (Fofebat). Since 2022, The Fraunhofer Ffb Has Been An Independent Institution That Has Already Implemented Its First Research And Industrial Projects. A Gradual Construction With The Introduction And Assembly Of The Clean And Dry Rooms As Well As The Process Systems Is Planned For The Ffb Fab From 2027.
