Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Service Of Protection Of Persons And Supervision Of Property In The Court Building At Ul. Aleja 1 Maja 5A, 64 500 Szamotuły And In The Area Around This Building (3-Story Building With A Basement, With A Usable Area Of 3,093.50 M2 And The Area Around The Building With An Area Of 1,316 M2);2) Property Supervision Service In The Premises Of The 6Th Branch Of The Land And Mortgage Registry Of The Court Based In Międzychód, Located In The Building At Ul. Sikorskiego 22, 64 400 Międzychód (Total Usable Area Of The Rooms 369.70 M2) Including The Intervention Groups Driveway; 3) Installation Of An Active Guard Monitoring System Or An Equivalent Monitoring System In Real Time That Monitors The Work Of Security Staff On Duty In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Building At Ul. Aleja 1 Maja 5A In Szamotuły With A Connection To A 24-Hour Monitoring Station And A Driveway For The Intervention Group. The Monitoring System Referred To Above Should Consist Of At Least 4 Control Points (Rfid) In Places Agreed With The Ordering Party And Meet The Following Requirements: • Allow For Constant Real-Time Supervision Over The Correctness Of The Proceedings, • Allow Monitoring Of The Tour Route Using A Sensor For Reading Rfid Points, • Ensure The Possibility Of Monitoring Long-Term Immobility, • Ensure The Possibility Of Transmitting Alarm Signals To The Monitoring Station. After Completing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Monitoring System At Their Own Expense, Unless The Parties Agree Otherwise.4) Installation Of An Active Guard Monitoring System Or Equivalent Equipped With A Panic Button (Panic) With Connection To A 24-Hour Monitoring Station And A Ramp For The Intervention Group For The Needs Of The Probation Center No. 1 At The District Court In Szamotuły, Located In The Building At 28/2 Dworcowa Street In Szamotuły (Total Usable Area Of The Rooms 100 M2). The System Is The Property Of The Contractor And May Be Dismantled After The End Of The Agreement. The Monitoring System Referred To Above Should Meet The Following Requirements: Ensure The Ability To Transmit Alarm Signals To The Monitoring Station. After Completion Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Monitoring System At His Own Expense, Unless The Parties Decide Otherwise. 5) The Protection Of Persons Includes Activities Aimed At Ensuring The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity. Damage Resulting From These Events And Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area. Protection Of Persons And Supervision Of Property Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Permanent, Direct Physical Protection And/Or Consisting Of Constant Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems.
