Procurement Takes Place In A Negotiated Procedure Preceded By A Participation Competition. Applicants Who Meet The Participation Criteria Will Receive Unrestricted And Complete Access To The Procurement Documents Free Of Charge Via The Procurement Portal And An Invitation To Submit An Offer With The Further Conditions And Deadlines In The Negotiation Process. Expenses For Participation And Preparation Of Offers Will Not Be Reimbursed.
