Each Vehicle In Which The Contractor Will Provide The Service Must Be Equipped With A Gps Device Enabling Ongoing Monitoring Of The Vehicles Position As Well As A Data Recording Element In The Internal Memory System (Black Box). In The Context Of Position Monitoring As Well As Analysis Of Recorded Data, The System Must Be Compatible With The Fleet Management System Operating At The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Such A Device No Later Than 4 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract Under Penalty Of Contractual Penalties Or Termination Of The Contract In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Costs Of Data Transmission And The Costs Of The Gprs Modem Will Be Covered By The Contractor. 2.
