The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Scientific And Research Equipment In The Form Of A Brand New, High-Throughput Device For The Analysis Of Bimolecular Interactions Using The Biolayer Iterferometry Method (Bio Layer Interferometry - Abbreviation Bli), Together With A Set Of Accessories And Reagents Necessary For Its Proper Functioning And On-The-Job Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. The Order Is Carried Out For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Biochemistry, Biophysics And Biotechnology Of The Jagiellonian University, Located In Kraków, Code: 30-387, Ul. Gronostajowa 7. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Transport, Insurance, Delivery, Bringing And Installation Of The Apparatus In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2. Delivery Of The Control Device (Computer Hardware), Accessories, A Package Of Consumables And Reagents Necessary For Its Startup And Immediate Commencement Of Analyzes (The So-Called Starter Package), 3. On-The-Job Training At The Ordering Partys Unit, On The Day Of Installation, For At Least Two (2) Employees Of The Ordering Party, In The Basic Operation Of The Apparatus, Its Maintenance And Data Analysis, 4. Launching And Conducting Sat Tests, 5. Providing The Ordering Party With Acceptance Documentation (Acceptance Protocol, Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions), 6. Covering The Subject Of The Order With A Warranty (At Least 36 Months) On The Terms Indicated In The Contract Template (Drafted Contract Provisions), And In The Case Of Accessories - Providing A Manufacturers Warranty And In The Case Of Reagents - Delivery Of Products Suitable For Use, 7. Providing Application Support During The Warranty Period, In The Scope Described In The Contract Template (Drafted Contract Provisions), 8. Declaration Of The Contractor On The Availability Of Consumables For The Device For At Least 5 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Order, I.E. Concluding The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including An Indication Of The Minimum Parameters And Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Of The Ordered Equipment And The Accessories And Reagent Package Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, As Well As The Scope Of Accompanying Services, Are Included In Annex A To The Swz.
