Execution Will Include Collection At Fixed Points (Ubs/Municipal Services) And, When Indicated By Regulation, Home Collection, Covering All Pre-Analytical, Analytical And Post-Analytical Phases, With Compatible Delivery Times (Tat), Technical Support For Clarifications, Initial And Ongoing Training Of Teams Regarding Identification Flows, Safe Packaging And Transport, And Provision Of Management Reports (Production, Tat, Nonconformities, Quality Indicators). The List Of Exams, Codes And Reference Values Will Follow The Sigtap/Sia/Sus Table, With Municipal Supplementation In The Cases Provided, As Per Annex I. The Contracting Will Observe A Qualified Technical Responsible (Crbm/Crf Or Other Relevant Council), Prohibition Of Full Subcontracting And The Possibility Of Partial Laboratory Support Under The Full Responsibility Of The Contractor, Including Regarding Sanitary Compliance And Documentary Support. Includes The Full Supply Of Equipment, Inputs, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Metrological Calibration And A Computerized Image Management System (Pacs/Ris) Compatible With The System Used By Semus, Ensuring Safe Storage, Transmission And Access To Reports And Images. The Services Must Ensure Diagnostic Quality, Traceability, Biosafety And Confidentiality, Observing The Norms Of Nr-32, Pcmso And Ltcat, In Addition To The Obligation Of A Qualified Medical Technical Manager (Crm) And Qualified Professional Team.
