Tender For Erection And Commissioning Of 220/33 Kv 60Mva Transformer At 220Kv S/S Panki Under Electy. 220 Kv S/S Div Panki Kanpur - Earthmat extension and strenghtening workLaying of earthmat in the extended switchyard of the substation along with connecting the newly laid earthmat with existing earthmat as per details below 2 Fabrication of 3 mtr long electrodes with 4omm dia MS Round bar having 150 mm Long conical shape by due cutting straighting etc and then piercing it vertically inside the ground with top 700mm below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from the storage place at substation to switchyard. 3 Laying of 40mm Dia MS Round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due cutting straighting welding, painting excavation of trenches , backfilling of trench after laying of earthmat include shifting of MS Round bar from storage place to switchyard. 4 Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar to connect with existing earth mat of substation by due cutting straighting welding etc 5 Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar by due cutting straighting welding etc 6 Making of cross joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar 700mm below the ground level by due welding at all four corners including providing and welding of suitable size of 4 No of MS angle pieces on opposite corners of cross joint. 7 Making of End joint of above laid 40mm dia round bar 700mm below the ground level by due welding at all four corners including providing and welding of suitable size of 4 No of MS angle pieces on opposite corners of cross joint. 8 Erection Work 220 & 33 kv Bay and bus bar erection work 9 Erection and Fabrication (if needed) of Lattice type main gantry and auxiliary structure their respective beams as per drawing/BOM is to be carried out by contractor. All the duly stacked members ofstructure are to be shifted from store to work site, tightening of nut, bolts washer, fastening of beams applying standard practise. Two No. risers of 75x10 mm MS Flat shall be welded with existing main earth mat to Auxiliary structure, one separate riser will be taken from laid shielding Mesh to corrosponding 3 Nos LA through surge counter for making of proper Mesh.
