Description Of The Procurement The City Of Järvenpää Invites Applications To Participate In The Competition For Meal And Cleaning Services. It Is A Tender Covering The Items Mentioned In The Tender Request Attachments, Which Will Be Used To Procure Meal Services For Schools And Daycare Centers, As Well As Cleaning Services For Cultural, Sports And Office Facilities In Addition To The Previous Ones. Part Of The Bidding Material, Such As Site Plans Or Other More Detailed Information, Will Only Be Distributed To Bidders Who Make It To The Second Stage For Security Reasons. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed. Partial Offers, Parallel And Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities; The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are The Procurement Units Forecasts Of The Required Quantities. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Meal And Cleaning Services Form A Naturally Synergistic Procurement Entity. Tendering The Services Together Leads To The Most Economical Result Overall. Procurement Target Schedule Participation Phase Until 15.12.2025 At 10:00. 15. - 19.12.2025: Interim Decisions And Transition To The Bidding Phase. 22.12.2025 - 22.2.2025: Bidding Phase, During Which Target Rounds 12.-15.1.2026. Procurement Decision At The City Council Meeting On 9 March 2026. The New Contract Starts On August 1, 2026.
