Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – 4.041_Heizungsanlage. Heat Generation The Future Heat Supply To The Extension And The Existing School Building Of The Gertrud-Von-Le-Fort Gymnasium In 87561 Oberstdorf Will Be Provided Via Several Wood Chip Boilers, Each Of Which Will Provide 240 Kw Of Heat Output. Two Of These Systems Are Currently Planned For Installation In The Newly Built Underground Heating Center, Which Is Positioned To The East Of The Extension. In The Interests Of Sustainability, The Possibility Of A Future Connection To The Middle School Adjacent To The Site Was Taken Into Account When Planning The New Heating System. Space Is Available, As Well As Connection Options In The System Technology To Be Installed, For An Additional Wood Chip Boiler And Additional Buffer Storage. In Addition To The Heat Generators, The New Underground Heating Center Also Houses The Storage For Wood Chips, As Well As The Buffer Storage Required For The System Volume And The Main Distributor, Through Which The High School (And In The Future The Middle School) Will Be Supplied With Heat. Heat Distribution The Heat Generated Is Led To The Basement Of The Extension Via A Central High-Temperature Distributor In The New Underground Technical Center Using An Earth Pipe Laid On Site. There The Main Line Is Divided Into Two Sections. The First Section Leads Into The Existing Heating Center Of The Existing Building. This Is Where The Connection To The Existing Heating Network Should Take Place. The Second Section Of The Extension Leads Via A Technology Shaft To The Technology Center On The First Floor. In This Technical Center There Is Another Heating Distributor, To Which The Heating Register Of The Ventilation Unit, The Hot Water Preparation And The Underfloor Heating For The Sports Hall And The Other Rooms In The Extension Are Connected. The Hydraulic Integration Of All Network Components, As Well As The Switching Of The Individual Circuits, Is Carried Out In Accordance With Vdi 2073-1. The Casing Of The Pipes Should Be Made Of Aluminum-Clad Mineral Wool With Surface Protection Made Of Pvc. In The Technical Centers, Sheet Metal Jacket Insulation Should Be Used For The Distribution Structures And In Other Areas At Risk Of Impact (Height Up To 3 M). Heat Transfer Heat Transfer Throughout The Building Should Take Place Via Underfloor Heating. To Distribute The Heat, Heating Circuit Distributors With 4 To 16 Heating Circuits Should Be Used In The Basement, Ground Floor And Second Floor. In The Three-Field Hall, An Area-Elastic Sports Floor In Sandwich Construction Will Be Used, In Which Underfloor Heating Is Integrated. The Underfloor Heating In The Sports Hall Is Part Of The Sports Floor Builders Scope Of Services. The Equipment Rooms In The Sports Hall And The Respective Trade-Specific Technical Areas Are Not Actively Heated. Static Radiators Are Not Provided In The Building. Refrigeration Technology To Prevent The Electrical Rooms From Overheating
