Nitrogen Oxides – Inhalational No Gas Mixture Acquisition. Provision Of Bottles Containing A Mixture Of Inhaled Nitric Oxide Gas Through The Consignment Warehouse Established At The Premises Of The Bidder For The Heart And Vascular Clinic In Városmajor, The Bókay Utca Branch Of The Pediatric Clinic And The Obstetrics And Gynecology Clinic. The Framework Agreement Is Valid For 36 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force, But Until The Framework Volume Is Exhausted, Which Is Only 600,000 Liters. This Procedure Is In Accordance With The Code Of Civil Procedure. It Is Aimed At The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement To Be Concluded With A Tenderer According To Point A) Of § 105, Paragraph (1). Occasional Orders Are Placed In The Form Of A Direct Order. The Detailed Rules For The Withdrawals Are Contained In The Framework Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Is Contained In The Public Procurement Documentation. The Tenderer Evaluates The Offers On The Basis Of The Evaluation Criterion Of The Lowest Price, Taking Into Account The Special Rules For The Public Procurement Of Medicines And Medical Devices 16/2012. (Ii. 16.) To § 6 (3) Of Government Decree.
