Tender for Operation & Maintenance Of Konia Mps Varanasi.-2 KONIA MPS- For Removal & cleaning of Chokes material- Removal and cleaning of silt, chokes and foreign materials for sump well of (i) Old Pumping station, (ii) Screw Pump house, (iii) Pre- treatment plant,(iv) 2nd stage pump house (inner & outer) front side, sump well side and bathroom etc. completeincluding dumping of above chokes materials at suitable place in campus. minimum Three sweeper in one shift, one sweeper in general/reliever duty throughout month as per requirement and guidance of site incharge from dated 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.(12 Months) 3 Disposal of chokes materials-Disposal of all above collected silt and chokes/foreign material at nearest dumping place upto 10 km. radius of Konia MPS campus throughout the monthThe above work will be done from01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (12 MONTHS) 4 Operation of Screw Pump etc- Operation of all pumps and starters of 1st stage and pre-treatment plant for per day three shift of 8hr. as required at Konia MPS 1st stage. (minimum one operator for three shift of 8 hr.) The above work will be done from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (12 MONTHS) 5 Operation of Old Pump etc- Operation of all pumps and starters of old pump house for per day three shift of 8hr. as required at Konia MPS . (minimum one operator for three shift of 8 hr.) The above work will be done from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (12 MONTHS) 6 For DG SET- Routine checking of 3x500 K.V.A. DG sets installed at Konia MPS such as checking and Operation of D.G. Sets, Panels, etc. in each-shift throughout the month as required at Konia MPS (minimum one operator for three shift of 8 hr.) The above work will be done from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (12 MONTHS) 7 For sub-station and water supply pumping plant:-Cleaning of Sub-Station (Inner and outer side) including cutting of grass from generating room to Sub-Station area road with cutting of branches of tree over the Sub- Station and operation of pumping plant for water supply.minimum one operator for two shift of 8 hr.and one sweeper in one shift of 8 hour throughout month as per requirement and guidance of site incharge from dated 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.(12 Months) 8 For IInd stage Pumping-Operation of all Pumps and starter installed at IInd stage Pump house by direction of site incharge for one shift per day including labour charges T&P etc. complete (minimum one operator for three shift of 8 hr.) The above work will be done from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (12 MONTHS) 9 Day by day Preventive and minor corrective maintenance with proper record in maintenance lag book of Pumps DG sets, Transformers, Mechanical and Manual screens, valves, Gats, Level sencer , Flow meters, PLC Panel and all instruments Pumps staters, LT panel mains, switch light and power wiring etc, calibration/ Preventative/ corrective maintenance of installed electronic / digital measuring instruments complete as per CPHEEO norms with the lelp of one skilled Electrician and one skilled fitter for Konia MPS. 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.(12 Months) 10 Work under the direction of the safety supervisor for Konia MPS. 11 Comprehensive maintenance of 2nd stage Pump House- Comprehensive maintenanceof HNC pumps and motors 4 Nos of 215 HP and4 Nos of 150 HP Make: Beacon Weir-6 Nos. and Kirloskar- 2Nos. its Starter(2 Nos VFD,4 Nos SS,and 2 Nos ATS), dewatering pump set(2Nos), Relay, leads lugs and oil transformer, valves,NRV, gates, actuator, Flowmeter, pipe line/header line leakage,Cleaning of choke etc. from all pumps whenever required etc. complete, incluidng all cost of material & labour charges etc. complete. 12 Comprehensive maintenance of Old Pump House- Comprehensive maintenanceof HNC pump and motor 3 Nos of 150 HP its Starter(LRS), dewatering pump set(2Nos), Relay, leads lugs, valves, NRV, gates, pipe line/header line leakage, Cleaning of choke etc. from all pumps whenever required etc. complete, incluidng all cost of material & labour charges etc. complete. 13 Comprehensive maintenanceof 1st stage Pump House and Pre treatment Unit- Comprehensive maintenance of screw pump and motor 4 Nos of 215 HP its Starter(3Nos SS & 1 Nos ATS), Grease pump set(4 Nos), Replacement of ‘V’ belts No. S.P.C. 4750-6 Nos. for each pump, Mechanical Screens(2 Nos), Grit Mechanism & Detraiter Mechanism, P.B.L Gear box(2 Nos) , its ControlPanel , Level Sensor(2 Nos), Relay, leads lugs,Top up of Gear oil of all gear box as requiredand oil transformer, Cleaning of choke from all pumps ,Repairing of Dumper truck etc. whenever requiredincluidng all cost of material & labour charges etc. complete with all safety measures. 14 Comprehensive maintenanceof Other Units - Comprehensive maintenanceof 500 KVA DG set , 33/.415 KV Sub Station including, 1000 KVA 3 Nos Transformer,PT, CT ,insulators,isolators,VCBs,its Control Panel,Servicing ofACBs,MCBsand MCCBs( L&T make) of LT PMCC Panels & DGAMFPanels,APFC Panel with required replacement of ventilation /multifunctional / indicating units l etc with all safety measures. 15 Diesel Carting-Carting of diesel from petrol pump to site and filling in diesel tanks of DG sets as per site requirement and direction of site incharge. 16 DG Sets - Servicing ofCummins make 500 KVA DG Sets(3Nos) withreplacement of 24 V Batteries (2 Nos) air filter (outer and inner),super bypass filter,fuel filter, lub oil filter,lubrication oil, cooling Tower(3Nos) and other required parts with complete servicing and testing on load at site. 17 Switch Yard - Replacement of oil seal packing, filling of required transformer oil during repairing / replacement/Centrifusing work, silica gel, nut bolt etc of 1.0 MVA 33/.415 KV Distribution Transformers, CTs,PTs,VCBs,Insulators, Isolators, Lightning Guard Wire, MS Structures, Earthing , Painting of all instruments with Transformers and MS structures with complete servicing and testing on load at site with all safety measures.
