The Project In Question Includes The Full Or Partial Marine Geophysical Study Of The Seabed In The Above-Mentioned Channels And The Silting Areas, The Stripping And Final Management Of Old Cables, The Production - Supply Of The Required Underwater Cables, And All The Materials, Components And Spare Parts, As Well As The Realization Of All The Required Works And Tests, So That The Above-Mentioned Underwater Interconnections Are Delivered To Deddie Ready For Use. Deddie Reserves The Unilateral Right To Impair The Main Object Of The Agreement. This Right Concerns The Non-Implementation Of The Lefkada-Sparti-Scorpio Interconnection Sub-Project.
