The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Stage 2 - Road Bgs082090 - /I-9/ Zvezdets - Evrenozovo - Bliznak - / Iii-908/ From Km 7+550 To Km 12+855 The Length Of The Section Is Approximately 5Km The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Restore And Improve The Transport-Operational Qualities And Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement And The Road Body, With A View To Ensuring Conditions For Traffic Safety And Good Road Drainage In The Considered Road Section. Through The Support Under The Measure, The Improvement Of Transport Connectivity And The Renovation Of The Road Infrastructure On The Territory Of The Municipality Will Be Achieved. The Planned Construction And Assembly Works Are Related To The Implementation Of An Approved Investment Project For The Site, Providing For The Demolition Of The Existing Asphalt Pavement, Laying Of The Foundation And Laying Of Asphalt Concrete Layers, Cleaning And Restoration Of Curbs And Road Slopes, Replacement Of Curbs, Repair And Cleaning Of Drainage Facilities-Culverts, Construction Of A Transverse Concrete Drain, Horizontal Marking On The Roadway And Vertical Signaling And Others Construction Activities. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Above-Mentioned Sites In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Paragraphs 1 And 3 Of The Zut, The Technical Specifications, The Investment Projects, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book And The Quantity And Value Accounts, As Well As With The Rules For The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And The Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site. 2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary Building Products, Materials, Equipment, Etc., In Accordance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, The Technical Proposal Made, As Well As Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Investment. 3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Building Details/Elements And Their Investment In Construction. 4. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. 5. Preparation Of All The Necessary Construction Documentation, According To The Requirements Of Zut And Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, As Well As Other Documentation Required By Laws And Regulatory Documents And Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6.
