The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Buildings Of The University Of Tartu According To The Actual Consumption (Total Supply) In The Procurement Documents And Under The Conditions Specified In The Additional Framework Agreement For The Period From 01.03.2026 To 28.02.2027 At The Stock Market Price, To Which The Sellers Service Fee (Margin) Is Added. The Electricity Sold Must Be 100% Produced Every Month From Renewable Energy Sources Within The Meaning Of § 57 Of The Electricity Market Act1. The Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Buildings Of The University Of Tartu Is Approx. 18,500 Mwh. The Annual Volume Of Consumption Is Assumed, And Its Determination Is Based On The Consumption Volumes Of The University Of Tartus Facilities (Appendix 1) In The Period 01.07.2024–30.06.2025. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, The Bidder Who Signed The Framework Contract Buys Back The Electricity Produced By The Solar Parks Of The University Of Tartu (Shown In Appendix 1) And Sold To The Grid. The Amount Of Resale In 2025 As Of September 30 Was 12.98 Mwh. The Electricity Repurchase Margin Is Agreed In The Framework Agreement (Appendix 5).
