Food And Beverages Included In The List Of Organic Food Products Must Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And Its Implementing Acts. List Of Organic Food Products, By Groups: - Milk, Milk Products; - Meat And Meat Products; - Fish And Fish Products; - Oils And Fats; - Cereals And Cereal-Based Foods; - Pulses; - Vegetables - Raw, Canned, Frozen, Dried, Fermented, Vegetable Juices; - Fruits - Fresh, Frozen, Dried, Canned, In The Form Of Nectars And Fruit Juices, Jams, Marmalades, Jellies And Compotes; - Sugar, Sugar And Chocolate Products, Honey; - Nuts And Oilseeds. The Contracting Authority Shall Apply This Requirement To Food And Beverage Supplies As Follows: In 2026 For Not Less Than 4% (In 2027 For Not Less Than 5%) Of The Total Amount Of Food And Beverage Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products;
