The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Commune Of Room In 2026, During A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Mixed Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Gotartów, 46-200 Gotartów 44A ( Kluczbork Commune). The Planned Estimated Maximum Amount Of Municipal Waste Is 1,070.78 Mg 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Separately Collected Waste: • Paper And Cardboard – 15/01/01 – 48.30 Mg, • Plastics And Metals – 15/01/02 – 162.86 Mg, • Glass – 15/01/07 – 139.42 Mg, • Used Tires - 1 Mg • Mixed Waste From Concrete, Brick Rubble, Waste Ceramic Waste And Equipment Elements - 10 Mg • Devices Containing Freons - 1 Mg • Paints, Inks, Printing Inks, Adhesives, Binders And Resins - 2 Mg • Expired Medicines - 0.08 Mg • Waste Electrical And Electronic Devices Other Than Those Mentioned In 20 01 21, 20 01 23 Containing Hazardous Ingredients – 1 Mg • Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment Other Than Those Mentioned In 20 01 21, 20 01 23 And 20 01 35 – 2 Mg • Bio-Waste – 20 02 01 – 268.66 Mg, • Bulky Waste – 20 03 07 – 260.40 Mg, • Clothing And Textiles - 20/01/10, 20/01/11 - 16.64 Mg, • Hazardous Waste, Medicines, Batteries, Electrical Appliances, Construction And Demolition Waste - In Accordance With The List Included In Sopz 3) Collection Of Waste As Part Of Public Collections (Bulky, Tires, Electronic Waste). 4) Waste Collection From Pszok In Pokoj. 5) Collection Of Waste From Illegal Landfills - Incidentally, At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 4.3. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Provide Bags And Containers For Selective Collection, 2) Keep Waste Records In The Bdo System, 3) Report Monthly The Amounts Of Collected Waste, 4) Provide A Gps System In Vehicles, 5) Maintain Cleanliness At Collection Points, 6) Achieve The Required Levels Of Recycling In Accordance With Art. 3B Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 4.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quantities Given Are Estimates, They Illustrate The Possible Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer. The Contractor Undertakes To Accept The Actual Amount Of Waste, Which Differs Up Or Down From The Forecast For The Given Type (Code) Of Waste. 4.5. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service Is 80% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 3 Section 1 Draft Contract. 4.6. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
