1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Investment Task: Modernization Of The Medical Gas Installation In Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Batorego 44, 05-400 Otwock, In The Design And Build Formula, As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program For The Above-Mentioned. Tasks.3. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Design Documentation And Construction Of Container Rooms For Two New Medical Vacuum Machine Rooms 2) Delivery Of One Vacuum Unit And Relocation Of The Existing Unit Together With The Main Medical Gas Pipelines, While Maintaining The Continuity Of Hospital Operation. 4. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical And Descriptive Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Ava160m Vacuum Unit And Its Installation In A New Container, 2) Delivery And Installation Of A New Vacuum Unit With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 130 M³/H, Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En Iso 7396-1:2016 And Mdr 2017/745,3) Connecting The Existing Compressed Air Unit Located In A Container Near Building C To The Installation In The Hospital Building,4) Dismantling And Moving The Existing Oxygen Tank Along With Placing It On A Prepared Foundation, Replacing Flexible Conduits And Seals In Accordance With Pn-En Iso 21010 And Connecting To An Evaporation And Pressure Reduction Station,5) Design And Implementation Of External Medical Gas Networks (O₂, Air, Vac) Between The Medical Gas Sources Building And The Main Building Of The Hospital And Building C,6) Conversion Of The Oxygen System From Single-Stage To Two-Stage, Using Two-Stage Reduction Boards,7) Replacement Of Zone Medical Gas Control Units In The Operating Theater And The Pediatric Ward,8) Implementation Of A Complete Control, Monitoring And Signaling System For Medical Gas Sources, Along With Graphic Visualization For The Ordering Party,9) Inspection And Modernization Of The Installation Oxygen In The Hospital Building, Including Replacement Of Used Pipes, Shut-Off Valves, Gas Consumption Points, Modernization Of Filters And Pipeline Markings,10) Development Of Design Documentation (Concept, Construction Design, Detailed And As-Built Designs), Bioz Documentation, Stage Schedule, Photographic Documentation And Operating Instructions, In Paper And Electronic Form (Dwg, Doc/Xls, Pdf). Note: Due To The Work Being Performed In An Active Construction Facility This Fact Should Be Taken Into Account In The Price Calculation For The Submitted Offer For The Modernization Of The Medical Gas Installation System At Pcz Sp. Z O. O. The Materials Used Must Be Brand New And Have Valid Hygienic Certificates, Technical Approvals And Valid Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction And Health Care.
