Footbridge Construction Work - Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective: Pedestrian And Bicycle Access Between Prats Cornisa And Versant Pacea Overground Footbridge For Non-Motorized Ecological Transport (Pedestrians And Bicycles) In Order To Increase Accessibility Between Prats Cornisa And Versant Pacea, Botosani Municipality Project Financed By The North-East Regional Program 2021-2027. Implementation Of Technical Project No. 382 / 2025, Authorized By Ac 152/2025 For The Construction Works Of The Objective Suprateral Passage For Non-Motorized Ecological Transport (Pedestrian And Bicycle) For Accessibility Between Prats Cornița And Versant Pacea, Botoşan Municipality Drawn Up By The Designer S.C. Urban Scope S.R.L.), Which Includes The Construction Of A Pedestrian Walkway In The Total Length Of The Designed Walkway Is 279.03 M, To Which Is Added A 20.52 M Long Separation Intended Exclusively For The Circulation Of Cyclists. The Total Width Of The Designed Walkway Varies Between 5.60M And 9.65M. The Designed Walkway Has 19 Openings With Lengths Between 10.59 M (Opening C1 – P2) And 22.00 M (Opening Across The National Road, Crossing Dn 29 At An Angle Of 90º). The Bridge Superstructure Is Of Mixed Type – Metal Beams And Reinforced Concrete Slab. Superstructures, Joined Together By A Series Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs With A Constant Thickness Of 20 Cm. In Order To Prevent The Unauthorized Access Of Vehicles On The Footbridge And Bicycles, It Is Proposed To Install A System Of Retractable Bollards, Located At The Access Ends Of The Infrastructure, Allowing The Rapid Intervention Of Emergency Or Maintenance Vehicles Made Of Stainless Or Galvanized Steel, With A Diameter Of Approximately 220 Mm And A Retractable Height Of At Least 600 Mm, Visible Both Day And Night By Means Of A Perimeter Reflective Strip And A Recessed Led Lighting System At The Base.Their Operation Will Be Automatic, Actuated By Remote Control (Rfid, Remote Control, Mobile Application) Or Manually In Case Of Emergency, And Will Be Equipped With A Mechanical Release System In Case Of Failure Current. The Raising/Lowering Time Will Be Reduced (Under 5 Seconds), To Allow For Quick Interventions. The System Is Impact-Resistant (Minimum Protection Degree Ip67), Being Ideal For Urban Areas With Restricted Traffic, But Accessible In Critical Situations. The Covered Area Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Walkway Is Designed As A Functional And Identity Space, Offering Climate Protection And An Artistic Dialogue With The Local Cultural Heritage. The Area Covered On The Outside Is Made Up Of Two Asymmetrical Volumes, Symbolically Inspired By Botoșan Culture: • One Half Has The Stylized Shape Of A Violin, Engraved With The Portraits Of Mihai Eminescu And George Enescu, Symbolizing Poetry And Music; • The Other Half Reproduces The Silhouette Of A Painting Palette, Where The Faces Of Ștefan Luch Are Engraved
