This Non-Alloti Framework Agreement Aims To Supply Low Density Polyethylene Bags, Translucent Yellow Bags Of 50 Liters (Intended For The Collection Of Paper/Cardboard And Household Packaging) And White Bags Of 30 Liters (Intended For The Collection Of Residual Household Waste). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Without Minimum, With Maximum, Executed Exclusively By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 2 Years From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. Maximum Contractual Amount For Each Period Of The Framework Agreement: For The Initial 2-Year Period: 350,000 Euros Excluding Tax And For Each 1-Year Renewal Period: 175,000 Euros Excluding Tax. No Free Variations Are Allowed. No Mandatory Variation Planned
