Sfp+ Interface Module – 2 Pieces; 8. Stack Cable - 2 Pieces; 9. Power Supply Connection Cable - 2 Pieces; 10. 32G Fc Sfp+ Module, Smf – 8 Pieces; 11. 1000Base-T Sfp Module – 12 Pieces; 12. 10Gbase-Sr Sfp+ Module – 36 Pieces. The Equipment Is Described In Detail By Type, Quantity And Technical Characteristics In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1. - Warranty Service Of The Delivered Equipment, Provided Within The Hardware Warranty Period And Technical Support In Accordance With The Manufacturers Prescriptions, The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Contract And Its Appendices. The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. *** The Participant Must Be Duly Authorized By The Manufacturer Or Its Official Representative For The Right To Distribute/Supply And Provide Warranty Support/Warranty Service For The Offered Software And Hardware Products On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. *** The Requirement For Authorization At The Tender Submission Stage Is Justified By The Subject Of The Order And Represents A Guarantee For Its Timely And High-Quality Performance. In The Event That A Contractor Is Selected Who Is Denied Authorization By The Manufacturer, This May Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As To Its Termination. According To The Conclusions Of The Supreme Administrative Court, The Requirement For Authorization In Itself Is Not Restrictive, Insofar As It Is A Guarantee Of Quality And Reliability Of The Activity Performed. In Usual Commercial Practice, Authorization Is Based On A Contract, Which Can Be Directly With The Manufacturer Or With Another Economic Entity Authorized To Authorize On Behalf Of The Manufacturer.
