It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Maintenance And Upgrades Of The Scada System Over A Period Of Three Years. For The Reliable Operation Of The Scada System, It Is Necessary To Have Its Maintenance In Place With The Constant Availability Of The Contractor (24/7). The Order Includes System Maintenance At The Primary And Backup Location And Includes Maintenance Of All Process Computers (Servers And Workstations Of The Scada System), Operating System And Database, And Touchlynx And Willowlynx Software (Including Software Licenses), Local Units At Measurement And Control Stations (Rtu) And Communications Between The Rtu And Peripheral Equipment In The Field. Within The Framework Of Maintenance, It Must Be Possible To Eliminate Even The Most Complex Errors, Perform Improvements And Minor Upgrades Of The Existing System. Secure Communication Links Will Be Established With The Contractor Via Vpn Channels And The Pam System, Which Will Enable Remote Troubleshooting. With This Order, The Service Of Installing Software On New Servers Is Also Ordered. New Information Security Requirements Will Also Require Network Segmentation In The Process Network. The Order Is Concluded For A Period Of Three Years And Is Divided Into Two (2) Components, Where Component 1 Represents Scada System Maintenance, And Component 2 Represents Scada System Upgrades.
