With Decision No. F689529 / 22.05.2025, A Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract Was Opened In Accordance With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code (Open Procedure) With The Subject Service Of Gamma-Spectrometric Systems, Alpha-Beta Counters, Alpha-Spectrometer, Portable Gamma-Dosimeters, Surface Pollution Monitors, Spectrometric Multichannel Analyzers With Gamma-Probes And Non-Cooled Detectors And Radonometers And Supply Of Consumables And Spare Parts For Them. Decision No. D48243216 Dated 12.09.2025 Was Issued For The Appointment Of A Contractor For A Public Procurement, And It Is Described In It That The Procurement Is Terminated On The Basis Of Art. 110, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop Due To Removal Of The Two Participants Who Submitted Bids. The Facts Listed Above Constitute A Prerequisite For Conducting A Negotiation Procedure Without Prior Notice Under Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 8 Of The Civil Code, According To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Intends To Assign The Supply Of Consumables And Spare Parts And Service Services For Gamma Spectrometric Systems, Alpha-Beta Counters, Alpha-Spectrometer, Portable Gamma Dosimeters, Surface Pollution Monitors, Multi-Channel Analyzers With Gamma Probes And Uncooled Detector And Radonometers - Equipment Of The Iaos. The Activities Included In The Public Procurement Are: • Delivery Of Consumables And Spare Parts (If Necessary); • Service Activity Including: Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of The Equipment. On The Basis Of Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, When The Public Procurement Includes Services And Supplies, The Main Subject Is Determined Depending On The Service Or Supply, The Estimated Value Of Which Is The Highest. In This Public Procurement, The Subject Of The Procurement Is Delivery.
