The Contract Value Includes The Implementation Reserve (Provisioned Amounts) As Mentioned In Chapter 4 4 - List Of Quantities, Provisional Quantities, Respectively 3,001,481.56 Lei, But Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Amounts Provided At The Level Of The Financial Proposal Form Represent The Nominal Fixed Amount, Which Cannot Be Modified, And Are Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Contract Consists Of The Period Of Execution Of The Works, Which Is 36 Months From The Order To Start The Works, To Which Is Added The Notification Period Of Defects/Warranty Period Which Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works.
