The Hospital Requires The Contracting Of The “Home Oxygen Supply Service” To Adult Patients Of The Hospital In Their Own Homes, In The Commune Of Valparaíso: Valparaíso And Laguna Verde (Center) With Regularized Connections, Excluding Casablanca, Through Oxygen Cylinders And/Or Concentrators That The Successful Bidder Will Provide Through The Sale Of Gases And Rental Of Equipment According To The Following Detail: 1.- Service With 10 M3 Oxygen Cylinder O2 Load Value Day Freight Value Night Freight Value Monthly Rental Of Oxygen Therapy Kit (Regulator With Flowmeter) Monthly Cylinder Rental (If Applicable) 0.7 Mt3 Cylinder (In Number Of Two) In Special Cases Of Demonstrated Inaccessibility In Cases Where A Backup Cylinder Of 10 Cubic Meters Cannot Be Installed. 2.- Oxygen Concentrator With 10 M3 Cylinder For Backup, Plus Input Kit Monthly Equipment Rental Value 3.- Value Of Adult Patient Input Kit (Extension, Nasal Cannula, Connectors, Humidifier Cup) Input Kit: 2 Humidifying Bottles, 2 Nasal Cannulas, A 7.5-Meter Oxygen Extension Connector, Double-Distilled Water In A 5-Liter Container. Kit Replacement Will Be Carried Out Every 6 Months.
