The Border Guard Requests Your Offer For Post-Processing Services For Decommissioned Official Vehicles. The Post-Processing Service Includes The Collection Of Decommissioned Vehicles From The Border Guards Offices To The Service Providers Premises And Storage, The Dismantling, Removal And Disposal Of Official Equipment In An Appropriate Manner, The Sale Of Vehicles In An Online Auction And The Accounting Of Sales Proceeds To The Border Guard. The Removal Of Unsaleable Vehicles From The Register And The Delivery Of A Recycling Certificate That Provides A Scrapping Point Are Also Included. To The Service. More Detailed Measures Related To The Dismantling Of Equipment Are In The Tender Documents. Official Vehicles Are Trucks, Cars And Vans, Snowmobiles, Atvs, Trailers And Boats As Well As Special Equipment. The Number Of Vehicles To Be Decommissioned Varies Every Year. During The Last Six (6) Years, The Quantities Have Been As Follows: Cars, Average 13.7 Pcs/Year Atvs, Average 3.3 Pcs/Year Snowmobiles, Average 8.2 Pcs/Year Boats, Average 13.7 Pcs/Year Trailers, Average 6.2 Pcs/Year. The Border Guard Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Services, And The Contract Does Not Give The Service Provider The Exclusive Right To Produce The Service That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Contract Period Starts On 01.02.2026 And Ends On 31.01.2029. The Contract Includes Option Periods For The Period 01.02.2029 - 31.01.2030 And 01.02.2030 - 31.01.2031. The Options Will Be Activated Automatically, Unless The Procuring Entity Notifies Otherwise Four (4) Months Before The Start Of The Option Period.
