Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – New Construction Of Kita Fischteichweg Structural Planning. Commissioning The Comprehensive Structural Planning And Monitoring Of The New Construction Project, Service Phases 1-6, In Accordance With Section 49 Hoai 2013, Is To Be Commissioned, Subject To A Step-By-Step Commissioning In Accordance With Budgetary Regulations. The Total Project Volume Is Estimated At Around €7.7 Million Gross (Kg 200-700). The Eligible Construction Costs For The Structural Planning Are Estimated At Approximately €1.9 Million (Gross). The Construction Task Is Classified In Fee Zone Iii Hoai (Daycare). The Current Standards Of The State Capital Of Hanover, Including The Energy Standards For New Buildings, Should Be Viewed As The Basis For Planning. In Total, The Gross Floor Area Of The New Building Planning For The Daycare Building Is Approx. 1300 M². Service Phases That The Client Does Not Commission With The Conclusion Of The Contract Are Subject To A Condition Precedent. When Deciding Whether To Request Further Services, The Client Will Take Into Account That This Generally Requires Political Decisions And The Approval Of The Hu Construction/Construction Documents. There Is No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Phases. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services In The Further Service Phases If The Client Assigns Them To Him. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Increase In His Fee From The Gradual Commissioning. Model-Based 3D Planning The Building Construction Planning (Lhh Building Management - In-House Production) Will Be Processed Based On 3D Models In The Project Kita Fischteichweg - New Building. The Data Exchange Therefore Preferably Takes Place Via The Ifc Interface. Those Involved In The Project Are Expected To Be Willing To Work Together In A Model-Based Manner. Those Involved In The Planning Agree On The Details (E.G. Type Of Modeling, Level Of Detail, Data Exchange) In Advance Of Lp 1-3. Once Lp 3 Has Been Completed, The Client Will Determine Whether The Process Will Be Pursued Further. Ideally, At The End Of The Project, The Performance Is Documented In Specialist Models And Integrated Into The Building Construction Model. In This Case, Submission To The Clients Currently Valid Dwg Standard (Lhh) Can Be Waived. Dates: Expected Completion Of Hu Construction: 3Rd Quarter Of 2026 Expected Start Of Construction: 2Nd Quarter Of 2028 Planned Completion Of Daycare Center: 2Nd Quarter Of 2030
