Tender For Provision Of Covered Passage Between Patient Waiting Area And X-Ray Area (Cbct Room) And Other Sanction Work Under Ge Panagarh; 1 Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M & L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations ,fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 3 S & F Roof trusses (framed) of angle iron members trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed. 4 S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for preparing of new steel & ironsurfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated of any profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified up to anyheight including all necessary scaffolding and safety measurescomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L forpre-paintedhot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specifiedany heightMtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measurescomplete all as specified and directed. 8 S & F wind ties for roof including securing bolts, flat iron fillets(for securing weather boarding with screw bolts and nuts) includingall necessary drilling or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe-310-O, complete all as specified and directed 9 Supply & fixing in repairs of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux* level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs.The Circuit should be suitable enough to take Three-Phase load of 25-30kW comparising of 3 nos. Contactors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 63 Amps each and Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm. The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with HINGED LID) conforming to IP66 protection class 2 The circuit should also have provision foranual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). 10 Supply & fixing in repairs of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights. The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with HINGED LID) conforming to IP66 protection class 2 The circuit should also have provision foranual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). 11 Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply, Laying and testing cableLT XLPE sheathed,PVC insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/surface of wall/in GI pipe along with pole for connection to OH lines,including brass cable glands,clamps,etc of 4 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply, Laying and testing cableLT XLPE sheathed,PVC insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/surface of wall/in GI pipe along with pole for connection to OH lines,including brass cable glands,clamps,etc of 4 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply, Laying and testing cableLT XLPE sheathed,PVC insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/surface of wall/in GI pipe along with pole for connection to OH lines,including brass cable glands,clamps,etc of 4 core 25 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding. 16 Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid) complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and laying well burnt Bricks , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified. 20 Supply and fixing/laying40mm bore, steel tubings,galvanised, light grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain oralong electric pole or floor/wall etcfor protection of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed. 21 M&L for PCC 1:2:4type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stoneaggregate) as in coping for pole including form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and as directed. 22 S & F 40 mm High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed . 23 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrodesize 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthin lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode by means of steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specifiedNOTES 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level. NOTE:-1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe of 40 mm and watering pipeof 20 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost ofGI strip of size 32 x 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately.4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost ofwelding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate.
